You have a usr.sbin.cupsd~ file. Can you remove this then do 'sudo
apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd' then reboot? I think
it might be overriding the other.

Ok, there is conflicting information in #18 and #20. I can say that
things seem to be working ok now (I have xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse
1:12.9.0-0ubuntu3 in the guest) after downgrading qemu-kvm to what is in
precise. I am going to mark this as fixed released.
