I installed the last LibreOffice on Ubuntu 16.04 though `snap` and
opened 2 different LibreOffice software they are grouped at the same
icon on the launch bar.
To reproduce:

If I wait time enough the dark mode works in all windows.
This error never happen return for lock screen, only on start up.

Until now appear that also Gnome related software is affected (file
explorer, configuration menus, ...). Firefox, LibreOffice e other not
Gnome package appear fine.

The windows contours (and shades) and display in general starts to
blinks after the computer return from the "save energy turn off of the
display".
Steps to reproduce:
- Let the display turn off and Ubuntu lock as save energy configuration;
- Wake up the computer;
- Log in;

This issue was also present in this machine with Ubuntu 22.04 and I
could reproduce the behavior in other hardware.

Fixed: I just run: `gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences
mouse-button-modifier ''` to have the behavior that I was
expecting. Apparently the default Ubuntu by Dell force this
configuration.
