When printing a multiple-file pdf page sent from Adobe PDF Reader (other
situations not tested), a printing job starts as normal, but gets stuck
after one or 1,5 page. Both CUPS and the printer display say
'processing', the page gets stuck wherever the printer stopped printing
I think it is unfortunate that, while many design tweaks are made an the
GUI gets a lot of attention from Canonical, this bug seems to remain
unresolved. Not the least because users get mixed feedback (setting the
desktop wallpaper to one image changes that of the login screen as well,
but for the

Brussels, Belgium. And I have German date in my top bar in 18.04 LTS...
A choice would indeed be nice, if there's more than one official
languages for the location.

I just did a dual-boot clean install with W$10 and Ubuntu 18.04, with a
separate partition for my files, auto-mounted via fstab edit. I did a
'minimal install', and added LibreOffice via the software centre, which
delivered me the snap version.

When connecting my external monitor (Dell U2713H, 1920x1080) via HDMI,
all elements on the screen scale properly, except for the icons in the
launcher which display a bit garbled/blurry (don't know what is the
appropriate term in English, see attachment). Icons show normal on
