I have this issue on Libre Office Calc opening all old *.ods files (back to

It is actually the missing 'libreoffice-base' dependency that causes the
error. I tested by manually installing the packages that 'libreoffice'
required and it started with no problems after 'libreoffice-base' were
installed.
