Public bug reported:
IMPORTANT this only happens with WAYLAND but i couldn't choose wayland
in the bug report options.
On my Ubuntu 22.04.03 I have set the time for my screen to go black/shut
off in case of inactivity in the energy settings (to save energy) to 5
minutes. So I go back to my comput

Just checked and yes it only happens when the external monitor is
plugged in. However the external monitor goes on and i see the
background and cursor but the main monitor stays black.
Also if I do plugin the monitor once I'm logged in this doesn't happen.
