[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1899315] [NEW] Keyboard won't work in password entry when resuming

Public bug reported: If I lock my screen and return, lightdm-gtk will ask for my password, but accepts no keyboard input. I can Ctrl-Alt-F1, log in and restart the lightdm service which mostly solves the issue, but this is a pain to do every time. ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 20.04 Pack
