No upstream fix was released, the upstream ticket was just closed, for
this reason: "I don't think we can define "system tools" at all, it
breaks down with all kinds of edge cases. For bugs like this you need to
talk to the people in #gnome-design and if they agree they will give us
new mockups to
(I mean the categories used in GNOME Shell Overview.)

The "Advanced Network Configuration" is displayed in both Utilities and
Sundry categories instead of just the Utilities category. It was moved
to the Utilities category in upstream, but it probably needs a related
gnome-software code to be backported from 3.32 into the older v
Still not fixed in latest Ubuntu release.

It is broken in both the upstream GNOME Software distributed in desktop
