I don't have any flickering/corruption with fglrx and VBO but the
performance is terrible with that option enabled. Disabling VBO (that
option only, not sync to vblank or anything else) makes unity/compiz a

Just to confirm, creating an xorg.conf as attached by the #patch from
intel (dts-dreamer) worked for me.
I don't know if any (other virtualized) hardware is (negatively)
affected by simply using this xorg.conf ...but setting 1920x1080 is now
available under display settin

Hebrew Menus tex
Hi, I'm on LTS and this is causing me problems as the new Steam linux
client keeps complaining my driver is out of date, but the additional
drivers dialog fails as described. Today I just want to play my game :-(

Confirm same issue. Using grwoisofs via K3B gui, consistently get to
99% complete state (log shows 99.99% in many cases) and then encode
fails with input/output error returned from growisofs. Using BD-R
single layer disc, multiple brands as stated above.
