Sebastian, your dirfections don't work.
ubuntu-bug /var/crash/_my_crash_report.crash
results in an apport window that says "send an error report to fix this
problem" but the error report isn't ever sent.
I selected "details" however Quantal isn't able to select and copy the details.

in evince the side pane can not be set to smaller (but just larger). the
minimum size of 220 pixels is quite large, especially when the side pane
is switched into the "thumbnails" view, thumbs occupy less than 50% of
width and the whole look is rather strange.

This issue still pops up quite often for me too, however, it does seem
that it works the next automatic try or thereafter. Maybe it's because
of a server load issue, rather than a client issue?
