% echo $COLUMNS x $LINES
80 x 22
Enabling/disabling the menu bar changes the $LINES. Everytime I toggle
the bar on and off, I get one line less, currently 18 only.

I have followed the steps from comment47 and comment 48 in order to verify this
on Firefox 7.0.1 (comment65).
If the target milestone set for this bug is mozilla 10, in order to verify this

Notice that the GlobalMenu still displays the Nautilus Menu options.
If you click on File > New Tab, the Desktop goes blank.
May be better to not display any menu options on the Global menu if no

I think that the problem is with the Gedit -> Report a problem as it
does not attach a .crash file
I was able to replicate this error using the latest Ubuntu 11.10 version
I have attache the crash file
