Same bug here. I have a document in landscape oritantion. I print it to
pdf using File->Print
* In "General" tab, select print to file
* In "Page Setup" tab, change oritention to landscape.
But the resulting pdf file is still in portraint mode.
Also appears in archlinux evince 3.2.1
