It's fixed at least in version "3.5.90.really.3.4.2-0ubuntu4.1" (in the about
dialog it's 3.4.2)
apparently it's not in the 12.04 repositories... I don't know if it's worth it
for you to ask/wait for someone to backport it, you might be better off
upgrading

No. Moving files by dragging onto bookmarks does NOT work now :-)

I'm not sure why some people are saying it is fixed. Maybe it IS in some

It works fine for me. I have local bookmarks and two SSH bookmarks. The
hand icon reflects that the file will be either moved or copied over
appropriately. No prob.

Ubuntu 11.04. Dragging to bookmarks worked with the older Nautilus just
fine.
