I can confirm that this bug is still not fixed in Ubuntu 16.04 Beta 2. It's a shame that the fix is not added 5 years later. This bug is definitely not fixed, you still need to hack around in your xorg config. I use the entry below, you may need to adapt MatchProduct line (copy/paste the string found when running the command 'xinput'). Wanted to report that post #49/50 currently works for my R.A.T.7 in Arch Linux x86_64. I've created "/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/ 15-ratmouse.conf" and placed GA's code inside, just replacing MatchProduct "R.A.T.7|R.A.T.9" with MatchUSBID "06a3:0cd7" (not to say that the MatchProduct doesn'
