Bonus issue: If I disable 'pointer:Logitech K400' or 'pointer:bcm5974'

IIRC the feature worked by Xubuntu 20.04 before, but now it does not
even there: xinput version 1.6.3, XI version on server: 2.3. In Xubuntu
24.04 xinput version is 1.6.4 and XI version on server is 2.4.

As you can see in the in the terminal output, disabling the device
worked without error by the same name so I think enabling should work,
too.
