I don't see an upload of either gnome-shell or gnome-settings-daemon in
the unapproved queue or in -proposed, and yet the description suggests
that this should be released at the same time as gnome-shell and gnome-
settings-daemon updates.

I've verified this in line with the bug description (exercise the
desktop, check Nautilus thumbnailer, check Settings background panel).

Accepted gnome-desktop3 into eoan-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-
desktop3/3.34.2-2ubuntu1~19.10.1 in a few hours, and then in the
-proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new pac
