Error in loading other_hosts file

I've tried different versions of Ubuntu boot with BIOS, but the error occurs in
all these versions. 14.04, 14.10, 15.04
Then I installed Ubuntu 14.04 boot with UEFI and BIOS reset. ( CSM off and
different other settings )
Now the system is running without error since 4 days
