I don't know if this has any connection to a bug filed in LibreOffice Bugzilla
but when embedding audio files (even the shortest fragment) Impress hangs for
10 seconds and in fact the whole operating system. The culprit seems to be the
libreoffice-avmedia-backend-gstreamer. Without the gstreame
