Duplicity should apparently use NcFTP for ftp transfer it doesn't because if i
uninstall NcFTP i should receive "NcFTP not found: Please install NcFTP

I have made a new clean install of ubuntu 13.04, the networkdriver are now
brcmsmac.
I have changed wireless router to Technicolor Gateway TG799vn v2 10.4.0.O
Still same problem last uploaded (hanged) difftar,gz still has zero size
