This occurred during the update from Lubuntu 16.04 to 16.10. There was a
previous problem with this before but I thought it was solved.
Previously when trying to update it gave an error something about a
missing uninstall script.

I built some dependancies for programs I use a lot, like libreoffice,
mplayer2, gecko mediaplayer, v4l, and cups. This error happened after
building those dependancies

sometimes on boot gives USB 7:1 can not enumberate error (wireless card
I am sure), and sometimes a end_request: I/O error, dev sr0, sector0.
