I've checked now: other users can use wayland without problem, so it's
specific to my user.
After further analysis i found that it's the "focusli" gnome extension.

Since a couple of version of gnome-shell, --wayland doesn't work anymore.
When launching from console with:
Hello,
force (dpkg install --force-all) the installation doesn't solve the
problem, so I think that the "provides" will not solve anything.
Let me know if i can help testing things.
