I tried to compile new alsa-drivers from realteks page
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/ >> High Definition Audio Codecs
(Software) >> Linux driver (3.0)
After that I have:
viktor@hedefalk-i7:~$ cat /proc/asound/*

Doesn't seem to want to unload:

I'm still trying go get the sound working again. Can this be a lead:

Ah, ok. Read your link. Yeah, I have that, but before posting this
report I just tried switching to AC'97. Maybe you can give me
instructions on how to recreate the automatically created attached files
if I switch back to HDA?
