Same here, unable to change the keyboard layout. Ubuntu 14.04.2, Unity, 64 bit. The indicator shows Be, which is correct, but the actual layout is wrong. Checked / changed system settings several times, un/installed languages, disabled and re-enabled ibus, did a systemupdate, logged out and restar

Update: issue not better in Raring's final release. Additionally, after I mounted a partition and click its icon in the Unity launchbar, it behaves the same as described earlier. Totem mediaplayer opens, instead of Nautilus filemanager. I added this comment, as it is not possible to edit a bug.
