Since upgrading to the new kernel 6.11.0-17, my Bluetooth devices are no
longer recognized after a long period of inactivity (when Ubuntu goes
into sleep mode).
I've encountered this issue before with various versions of kernel
6.8.0-36/42/48/51/52.
It used to be resolved by

Same problem than in comment #10, but trying to reset the ~/.config (e.g.
http://www.linuxslaves.com/2016/05/fix-ubuntu-no-icons-panels-launcher-except-background.html)
seems to fix the problem for me.
No more investigations...
