Public bug reported:
This is on a Dell Venue 11 Pro with Intel Corporation Wireless 7260.
After resuming from suspend, there are no wireless devices present. I've
tried removing and reloading the driver, but that doesn't work. The only
thing that seems to resolve it is a reboot.
ProblemType: Bug
The previously attached logs are from after a reboot as I don't think I can run
ubuntu-bug without internet access. I can do so if some steps are provided as
this is easy to reproduce.
I'm also attaching a snippet (no-wifi) from dmesg after resuming from sleep
that may help.

It's worth nothing that LTS doesn't stand for "Long Term Stable" as you
seem to think, but instead "Long Term Support". Further, I'm unsure
where the restricted repository stands in terms of support as it's my
understanding that main is the only repository that is supported by
Canonical

I set the tag back to verification-needed after consulting the wiki, it
appears the SRU team is supposed to handle that. My testing was still
successful.

I've verified that this is fixed on an upgrade from Mythbuntu 12.04.4 to
Mythbuntu 14.04. I tested this inside an Virtualbox VM, by creating a
default xorg.conf file. The xorg.conf file remains in it's location
(/etc/X11/xorg.conf) and is untouched after the upgrade.
Attached is the xorg.conf file
Confirmed totem wasn't upgraded properly from oneiric and was broken.
Removing and reinstalling resolved issue.

Looks like it's trying to open Synaptic on 11.10, which isn't installed
by default. Installing Synaptic fixes this, but is obviously a
workaround.
