Just my comment: the bad thing abot having ALT+LEFT instead of BACKSPACE, is that for pressing ALT+LEFT you need to use two hands. Instead with BACKSPACE I pressed it with only left hand, making right hand free to use mouse. I know that I can customize hotkey association, but I think that hotkey c

If can help, I have this problem and this is my GCONF configuration in /apps/evolution/addressbook, name = sources, 3° value: The address book "Personale", that have "system" relative_uri, works correcty, and I get "Invalid source" opening address book "AbleTech", with relative_uri 1295625049.3
