Anyone know either the cause, or a solution?
If it helps, the two computers where I'm seeing this also happen to be
the two host computers where I run Virtualbox.

Also on 64-bit 16.04. I'm up-to-date with all the fixes, running
4.4.0-28-generic #47-Ubuntu. Like clockwork, every 5 minutes I get 2 of
these:

Still regularly running into this in Ubuntu 12.10 with a Nvidia card.
