Are you sure this is fixed in 14.04?
I'm still not able to add IBus input candidates in GNOME Fallback's Text Entry
settings.
I had to resort to manually editing the settings through dconf-editor, as
described here: http://askubuntu.com/a/512259
Having done that, the language is added to the in
Firefox no longer seems to use the "move" cursor when using autoscroll,
so I don't think this is relevant any more.
