I face the same issue while opening cheese. All the image preview is
completed with several lines from green to grey and red and
intermittently the colors might change. It happens on both modes, photo
and video. I have tested the webcam on a website and it works fine, so
that confirms is not a hard

showing Tweetdeck or some big flashing-ad does it, because the screen
flickers/breaks a lot (and in Ubuntu 14.04 didn't)... anyway, now I've

I've upgraded from Ubuntu 14.04, and I'm sure that this issue wasn't
there.
But in the bug #1525390 the user said that was happening in 15.10, so it

I'm attaching both alsa-info text output log, executed in Ubuntu 12.10
and 13.04.
Vostro's 3360 Internal mic did work in 12.10, and didn't in 13.04,
confirmed.

Yes, I've put every input at 100% in alsamixer and also within the Sound
configuration application, but the "input level" led indicator does not
show any input. Skype audio test fails to record anything, too.
