I discovered when this actually happens when i connect dual monitors if both monitors have same resolution no always on top bug will happen, it happens only on ubuntu 2D session and when monitors resolutions are not the same actually i can't test on regular ubuntu session because the other screen

I can't login to the system using lightdm i have to login through ssh from other PC and stop lightdm then start gdm to be able to login i can't even login to the recovery console from lightdm I don't think it's log file permission problem because the files last change date is today Thank you
