Unfortunately, "usr.bin.firefox" of 14.04 has a different structure when
compared to 16.04. So the patch fails.

Just posting to say That I still have this problem, I'm running the
newest linux mint KDE. I don't have pulse audio installed. I had to plug
my main sound into the headphone jack. (it's on top of my case, works
for me)
