About once every day, I have firefox pop-up, that states that something
went wrong and firefox needs to shut down. After a while or after I
click the prompt the mouse stops working and screen freezes and keyboard
seems not working. ctrl-alt-del for example does not work.
Last
Updated to Ubuntu 16.04 and the issue persists. How the importance of
this issue could be raised? USB 2 works fine, USB3 does not.

I changed the topic to address usb 3.0 drives only. At least I do not
have any problems in safe removal of USB2 drives.

However, I can not show anything on laptop display. it stays blank, if
the HDMI cable was connected during boot.

Resumed the computer from suspend. The wireless network icon indicated a
connection, but could not connect anywhere. Disabling & re-enabling
wireless or restarting network-manager service did not help either.
Could be a bug in wireless driver though...
