closing a youtube tab in firefox. Custom keyboard shorcuts are also not
working sometimes.

The system freezes randomly since I installed Ubuntu 16.04. I think
there's a problem with nvidia drivers. The graphic card is Nvidia
GeForce 7050/NForce 610i. I use the nouveau driver. Before this I used
Ubuntu 12.04 without problems for almost 5 years with 173 Nvidia driver
I have finally been able to have Libreoffice 4.4 (via ppa) and Mendeley
13.3 working. The same as the user shaneonabike comments on

the plugin, then updating and then reinstalling the plugin, the problem

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 precise (amd64) and the Libreoffice 4.0 ppa.
However, the bug that I have encountered also takes place with the
official deb packages from www.libreoffice.org.
Every time I generate a report that is sorted alphabetically or in any
way, I always get this
