I removed USB dongle and reinserted it and the scroll wheel normalized, but
mouse's clicks began to fail again. :(

It seems to have been solved after logging in Ubuntu on Wayland.
Now I am on default Ubuntu and nothing is happening anymore.
I continue testing it.

The mouse didn't stopped responding, but changed scroll wheel behavior. It
is too sensitive, jumping the page, making it impossible to be used.
Running in Wayland it maintains its normal behavior.

I was experiencing this instability before.
Someone found that it was related to Oracle Java. I removed it and
reinstalled OpenJDK.
With that, it got more reliable.

Until now I can see two different behaviors.
Sometimes libreoffice crashes and reopen asking to recover my files.

No it doesn't give any crash report. It only close libreoffice and open
the dialog to recover my files.
In /var/crash there isn't anything related to libreoffice. The only
