I believe FBC is disabled. Here's what I found in /sys:
jeff@jeff-yoga:~$ sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_fbc_status
FBC disabled: disabled per chip default
jeff@jeff-yoga:~$ sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/64/i915_fbc_status
FBC disabled: disabled per chip default
