OK, disregard this bug. The Hotspot funtion doesn't specify that it is
ad-hoc only, and is not infrastructure-capable - my Android phone can't
use ad-hoc.
This is working for my old notebook in ad-hoc mode.

center, but the bug is probably related to ap-hotspot.
Hotspot creation appears to work, but other devices (PCs, cell phone)

and must reselect view of syslog all over again from scratch.
I expect to be able to continue viewing syslog or Xorg.0.log or auth.log
or dpkg.log as desired until I change the log file I want to view.

I am able to pair, connect, browse and view files on my phone via
Bluetooth (BT) with the default applications. However, thumbnails for
files are not presented - only placeholders with generic file names. I
can select and view images on my phones internal memory, but not on my
unity-control-center > bluez

I've found a workaround that is working for me: install Lubuntu Desktop
Environment alongside Unity DE:

I have the same issue with brasero not ejecting CD's or DVD's after
burning; other apps will eject (e.g. Ruby Ripper).

eject CD's & DVD's after burning, but the file manager & other
applications are able to eject media without having to use the manual

After installing Chromium, I imported bookmarks from Firefox. Attempting
to open the Ubuntu Forums Bookmark that I imported from Firefox crashes
Chromium. When Chromium is reopened, it reports that it has shut down
