The "PORT open refused" is still here, even with latest git modemamanger

I have around one kwin_X11 crash by day, and I suppose it is the same bug. Same
problem on my laptop and my desktop.
Is the mesa patch backported to Ubuntu 22.04 ?

My answer by email did not worked.
I do not have any access to preferences (no menu at all), so I can not disable
extensions.
But I can remove the extensions in the profile directory. It is not enough.
I have finally solved the bug, creating a new profile, copying back the mails
and editing the
