I ran dist-upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10, then immediately tried dist-
upgrade to 13.04. gconf2 install failed with this traceback:

So you're saying that gnome-color-manager won't work with the nvidia
binary driver, regardless of whether a colorimeter is plugged in or not,
correct?
Would you suggest we try using an open source driver like nouveau? Any
advice appreciated.
