I'm seeing this again as well, on 53.0.2 32-bit and on Firefox Developer
Edition 54.0a2 (2017-04-19) (32-bit).

I had tried https://help.netflix.com/en/node/57681 first before
confirming the bug, but it had not worked.
Today, I went back, and without making any changes, NetFlix works fine.
Looks like they made a change on their end to correct whatever was going
wrong, perhaps added an accepted User Agent.
