For what it's worth, this is breaking builds for several projects in
elementary OS. It appears to be anything that depends on
`libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev`.

Looks like I was wrong! GNOME Screenshot worked fine. Attached are both
the full-resolution unedited screenshot, and a screenshot with several
of the exact same icons overlaid pixel-doubled properly as an example of
how it should look.

GNOME Screenshot doesn't handle HiDPI well, so all you'd see is a pixel-
halved version. I can see if I can take a screenshot with something

In Ubuntu Yakkety, the System Settings icons are fuzzy/low-res when used
on a HiDPI (pixel doubled) display.
I've seen this issue in GTK apps when the app requests a pixbuf when it
should be using Gtk.Image from the icon name.

We've had several reports of this for Intel users in elementary OS Loki
as well. We use a LightDM-based greeter and the rest of the Ubuntu 16.04
stack.
