Confirmed this is fixed in 10.04. The PDF is at fault, but the previous
version of FireFox gave no indication that the PDF was bad. It looks
like a network error as the PDF fails to display anything.

On the 24.0 firefox, this doesn't display. I can download the PDF via
*wget* and then try to open with either *evince* or *firefox*. *evince*
is ok, but *firefox* does not display. I don't know
