Same issue (version 80.0.3987.87-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 on 16.04 Xenial), although mine shows up as yellow-green. Downgrading to 79.0.3945.130-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 fixed the problem. For others experiencing the problem, I was able to find the three needed files (referenced in the bug description) here: http
