[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1927970] [NEW] Maximised gnome-terminal not returning to normal size

Public bug reported: The default terminal size is 80x24 If the terminal is maximised then returned to normal by double clicking on the title bar the terminal ends up being 79x23 the first time, 78x22 the second time and so on. it can be reset by clicking on the burger menu -> advanced -> 80x24
