openssl: breaks ssl-cert installation
As described in LP: #2075138, this now affects focal as well.
It seems that samba 4.15.x was introduced to focal due to some needed
security updates, which caused a regressing in nautilus-share. It seems
all we need here is to backport the patch introduced in jammy into
focal.

FWIW, I am also affected in wayland, all packages up-to-date. Changing
the cursor to adwaita fixes it for me was in DMZ-black).

The first upload was rejected due to some cruft in my upload. This is a
1.0 format source package and I was dealing with some issues when
handling git (git ubuntu) being considered during the package build.
