if at this point (before saving) you select "automatic", it allows you
to save but it isn't actually saved as men

Bluetooth slider needs toggling
This problem seems to occur because the file dates of the aisleriot and
guile-3.0-libs packages are different when the system time is not set properly.
I solved it like this:
1. dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
2. apt reinstall aisleriot
