Same problem for me. I have an old parallel-only printer. It has been
working with a dedicated printer server, but the printer server died and
the PC has no parallel port. So I connected a USB-to-LPT cable. As I
attach the cable /var/log/syslog shows:

- What work is being done to get fractional scaling working on Ubuntu with
nVidia cards?
- How someone who wants to help fix this required basic functionality would do
so?

version: so that one didn't solve it for me.
I will start using the big fix now and see how it goes through the next

Was this system installed as a 20.04 and then you just did an apt update and
upgrade?
It sounds like your system is in a funky state with these libreoffice packages
so to workaround it, try remove all libreoffice debs and reinstalling them with:
$ sudo apt-get remove --purge libreoffice*
$ sudo
Can you tell me more? What model of mouse are you using? So you click
save and while the save dialog is up, these mouse buttons don't do
anything - what do you expect to happen?
