Do not edit /etc/cups/printers.conf while cupsd is running, as cupsd is
modifying it. So first stop cupsd:
sudo systemctl stop cupsd
then edit the file and after that start cupsd again:

I use this headset interchangeably with Windows and it's not an issue

I have noticed that using the bundle Jabra link 370 makes the headset

I finally managed to make dell's technical service change my micron hard drive
to a different one, obviously the computer didn't fail anymore. He never got
stuck again. Also install ubuntu 18.04 offered in dell downloads, but I will
return to ubuntu 20. Thank you all for your help.
How can I remember if there is no time and date stamp when the error occurred,
let alone what unzipped application was used?
I only have the report sent via ubuntu-bug.

Thank you for your bug report, that library is from pipewire that we
don't use/enable by default. Did you install some pulseaudio plugin for
it or tried to replace pulseaudio on your system?
Can you provide the output of those commands?
