When I try to play any video on Google Chrome for Linux, any version of 75 or
higher, Google Chrome freezes.
Chrome 75 will allow sound but no video.
All mouse clicks become unresponsive.

Mitsuya has confirmed that the new Reiwa character is shown properly in
the recently upgraded version of ibus-mozc (comment #6). Technically I
verified the test case the other day (comment #12), and I have changed
