I installed package of network-manager 1.10.14-0ubuntu1 from bionic-
proposed, and can confirm that version fixed dns leak: now when vpn
connection established it gets `DNS Domain: ~.` in systemd-resolve
automatically, so no more needed to manually apply command `systemd-
resolve -i tun0 --set-doma
By the way, I checked the "Keep aligned" box that is available by right-
clicking the desktop. I also tried to replicate the bug by putting the
computer to sleep and then waking it up (being prompted to enter my
password at the unlock screen) but it did not happen then. Next, I will
test rebooting.

I am going to disagree with #62. I am running Lubuntu 18.04 fully
updated as of the date of this message.
My system is a Dell Optiplex 9020. I have tested with a Logitech M325
wireless mouse, a Dell usb mouse and an old hp PS/2 mouse (the Optiplex
9020 is a modern system but does indeed have PS/2
I too have similar problem on ubuntu 18.04. I never tried with wire
connection, but my wifi connection repeatedly failing after few minutes.
I tried several solutions. I installed driver=r8168
driverversion=8.046.00-NAPI after downloading from realtek software
download but no good result.
