extras package adding the line "brother4" to the file /etc/sane.d/dll.d

It seems like pulseaudio is picking the wrong audio sink as a default in
different scenarios.
On my computer I have the default onboard Intel HDA audio as well as a
USB headset. On the network, there is one pulse instance advertising

Correction to the prior post - the command to link the files was "ln -s"
not "cp". I did try both linking and copying the files. Currently they
are linked.

I did set up the links with "sudo cp /usr/lib64/sane/libsane-
brother4.so* /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/sane"

Sorry nobody had a chance at looking at this old bug.
both 10.04 and 10.10 are out of support for a long time, and I'm
positive the package installs/upgrades just fine on newer releases.
