When dragging a window between displays, I can see cpu usage increase
while framerate drops dramatically to single numbers.
Desktop scaling is 1.0, one is a WXGA screen and another FHD.
Please note pulseaudio 1:11.1-1ubuntu4 is stuck in bionic-proposed due
to an unrelated bug in gsequencer (bug 1743511). It appears that will be
resolved and unblocked by gsequencer 1.3.6-1 getting out of proposed and
into bionic proper.

It's a bit confusing because libvdpau defaults to the NVIDIA driver,
regardless of the GPU vendor or lack thereof. But either way, there are

Just adding -n 4096 or -s 16384 alone or in combination does not do the

Only adding these two PLUS removing -v 100 works.
